R&D Foundation work involves all types of tasks to achieve the smooth operation of research and development activities. It includes a wide range of duties essential to us, which include securing and managing resources such as budgets, human resources, equipment, and supplies, as well as introducing IT tools such as ERP, managing safety and health, conducting risk management, and performing operations for security and disaster prevention. It plays an important role to support the activity base of the R&D Group. It also actively focuses on establishing workplaces where R&D Group members can work comfortably, and on creating mechanisms to encourage open and positive work environments. Therefore, R&D Foundation plays an important role in human processes such as communication, team building, and organizational culture.
Aiming to raise the level of the R&D Group
R&D Foundation activities affect the entire R&D Group. If anything is neglected, it could potentially threaten the safety of work sites, or lower the efficiency of the activities performed by R&D Group members. On the other hand, we can also transform the rules, customs, and climate of the R&D Group by our own efforts, and dramatically improve the efficiency of research and development activities. Since it is our duty to treat the entire R&D Group as our own concern, our work has outstanding job motivation and a huge sense of achievement.
